Danggg, so crazy to
think that this will all be coming to an end in 2 weeks!!! Saying bye to all of
these amazing people is going to be so hard, and it will definitely leave a big
whole in my heart. Luckily, I will get a huge hug from my mom when I get to the
airport so that will definitely make things easier.
This week we baptized
a really sweet girl. Her name is Cinthia, and her sister Kenya was baptized
about a year or so ago. We went and visited Kenya a couple of weeks ago and the
two girls we really excited to see us. They have been coming to all of the
activities with us and to church too. Cinthia recently turned 8 years old and
she was really excited to take this next step in her life. Her parents aren’t
members; however, they came to church on Sunday and they loved it. We are
excited to keep on teaching them too!
Allende is blessed
with tons of great people, and Elder Rios and I are just loving the Lord’s
work. We are preparing a couple more people to be baptized soon. Stay tuned for
more updates. Haha
Last week I couldn't
send an email out because we went to this small ranch with some members and we
hung out with them for most of our p-day. We went with a really nice older
couple and they just loved telling us stories haha! It sure made me miss my grandparents even
more. When we got to their ranch, we ate a great breakfast. Then later on they
killed a goat and cooked it up for us haha, which was really tasty, and full of
protein.
Much love,
Elder Ceb
