Que rollo perros!
This past week was great, I have been here in Palau for just about a fourth of my mission haha and it is crazy how fast time has been going by!
I don’t have very much time to write today so I am going to keep this email relatively short. Anyways, Elder Leon and I had a really great week! I have enjoyed working with him so much! I have learned so much from him and we have become really good friends. He is also the reason that I have gotten so good at soccer hahah… just playing! I really love the way that he teaches, and lately we have been teaching really good together. We have been doing a great job and teaching people according to the needs that they have, and it has been so cool. A lot of people cry when we teach them as they feel the Spirit, and as we help them with the problems or doubts that they have. It has been so cool to be able to help these people, honestly no better feeling in the world!
We had a really good Sunday, Miguel from Chipas came once again! However, this time he came on his own. After we taught the gospel principles class for some of our converts and the other investigators we had at church he gave me a huge hug haha! Speaking of the gospel principles class, this guy named Ramon has been coming to church with us for the past couple of months, and he has a really distinct personality haha. During the gospel principles class and sacrament meeting, he kept on saying "Cebolla, Cebollita, Cebollero" haha. I don’t even know what to think, it was funny though!
A couple of nights ago I made some tortillas de harina (flour tortillas) in our house for dinner! So hype! If I keep practicing I will be able to work at Cafe Rio after the mission haha!
Much love,
Elder Cebollero
